Value Proposition - We produce industry-quality broiler feeds on farm using agricracker technology that saves energy, improves feed conversion and reduces cost.
Customer Segments - Fresh feed is produced and sold weekly to the farm's pen-house owners. Surplus feed will be retailed during periods of high availability of raw materials to increase profit.
Channels - Direct sales and delivery on-site to farm's pen-houses. Direct sales to others from the feed-mill.
Customer Relations - The feed-mill is part of the farm and mainly maintains relationships with the franchised growers who own the pen-houses. The extra feed is sold on limited basis to outside family broiler farms.
Revenue Streams - Pen-house owners pay from their revenue earned on selling broilers in advance of receipt of the broiler feeds by internal farm account transfers.
Key Resources - Staff, feed-mill equipment, power, raw feed materials such as pre-mix, aflatoxin-free maize and soybean.
Key Partners - Raw material suppliers, including IITA Youth Agripreneurs for Maize and Sorghum. Multicracker Benelux B.V., and ARBOR KIP B.V.
Key Activities - Producing commercial grade starter, grower and finishers feeds on the farm site. Selling feeds to franchisees and in small packaging to small-scale backyard family farmers
Cost Structure - 3 FTE Staff, Land, Building, Equipment, Loans and Investment, Raw materials, Transport.
